交換・返品手続きに必要なもの

• 商品
• レシート
• パスポート
• クレジットカード（デビットカード）・クレジット売上伝票（お客様控え）
  クレジットカード（デビットカード）でお支払いされた場合

交換・返品方法

ご購入いただいた店舗（お支払いされた店舗）のレジカウンターまで、［交換・返品手続きに必要なもの］をお持ちください。

※ご購入いただいた店舗以外の店舗で交換・返品を承ることはできません。

返金

お支払いいただいた方法で返金します。

クレジットカード (デビットカード) をご利用の場合、カード会社にてご購入の照会をしたうえで返金手続きされるため、1～2ヶ月かかる可能性があります。
＊2ヶ月経過後も返金が確認できない場合や、決済に関するご不明点は、ご利用のカード会社へお問い合わせください。

注意事項

• 交換希望の商品をご用意できない場合は、返品もしくは同等代替品との交換となることをあらかじめご了承ください。
• 高額な返品をご要望の場合など、商品をお預かりして後日のご連絡をさせていただく場合があります。

How to exchange or return items

Please bring the “Items required for Exchange/Return Procedure” to the cashier counter of the store where you made the purchase (the store where you made the payment).

*Please note that we cannot accept exchanges or returns at stores other than the store where you made your purchase.

Refund

The refund will be made to the original payment method you used for your purchase.

If you paid by credit card (or debit card), the refund will be handled by your card issuer after verifying the purchase, which may take 1–2 months.
＊If the refund is not confirmed after 2 months or if you have any questions regarding the payment, please contact your card issuer directly.

Precautions

• Please be aware that if we are unable to provide the product you wish to exchange, it will be returned or exchanged for an equivalent substitute product.
• In some cases, such as when a high value return is requested, we may hold the products and contact you at a later date.
