株式会社ユニクロ(以下、「当社」)が運営する企画「錦織圭選手直筆サイン入りモデルプレゼントキャンペーン」(以下、「本企画」)につきまして、以下の応募規約(以下、「本規約」)に同意いただいた上でご応募ください。本企画に応募した方は、本規約の内容を理解し同意されたものとみなします。

In order to apply for the Kei Nishikori's autographed wear Giveaway (hereinafter referred to as the "Campaign"), sponsored by UNIQLO Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "UNIQLO"), you must consent to the following rules (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules"). By participating in the Campaign, Applicants are deemed to have understood and agreed to the Rules.

  In response to your DM, we will send the winner a form where you can input personal details including the address where the prize will be sent to. Except for that time frame, we will not direct applicants to other websites or contact them about winning.

当社は、本キャンペーンに関しいかなる保証(セキュリティ措置の安全性、正確性、有用性、特定の目的への適合性についての黙示の保証を含みますが、これらに限られません。)の義務も負いません。

UNIQLO makes no warranties of any kind with respect to the Campaign, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of security, accuracy, usefulness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

当社は、本キャンペーンに関して応募者に生じる以下の内容につき、当社に故意または重過失があった場合を除き、一切の責任を負いません。

UNIQLO will not be liable for any of the following to applicants in connection with the Campaign, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of UNIQLO:

1. 本キャンペーンまたは本サイトの中断、遅延、中止、終了により応募者または第三者に生じた損害

   Any loss or damage incurred by an applicant or a third party due to the interruption, delay, suspension or termination of the Campaign or the Website

2. 第三者が応募者の情報を不正使用したことにより応募者に生じた損害

   Any loss or damage incurred by an applicant due to a third party's unauthorized use of the applicant's information.

3. 応募者が本規約に違反していると当社が判断し当社が必要と判断する措置をとったことにより、応募者が被った損害

   Any loss or damage incurred by an applicant as a result of UNIQLO determining that the applicant is in violation of the Rules and taking any action deemed necessary by UNIQLO.

4. 本キャンペーンの参加、本サイトの利用等により発生した応募者または第三者の損害

   Any loss or damage to an applicant or any third party resulting from participation in the Campaign, use of the Website, etc.

本規約は、日本語及び英語で作成されますが日本語が優先するものとし、日本法を準拠法とします。本キャンペーンに関する紛争については、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属管轄裁判所とします。

The Rules are written in both Japanese and English, but the Japanese version shall prevail and be governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall be the court of exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance for any disputes related to the Campaign.

• 当社は、本企画の全部または一部を、応募者に事前に通知することなく変更または中止することがあります。

  We may change or cancel all or part of this campaign without prior notice.

• 当社は、本規約の全部または一部を、応募者に事前に通知することなく変更するほか、本企画の適正な運用を確保するために必要な措置を取ることがあります。

  We may change all or part of this Rules without prior notice, and may take corrective action to ensure the proper operation of this project.

• 変更後の応募規約は、本規約画面上に表示した時点で効力を生じるものとします。
